Standard delivery is currently free for customers in both the United Kingdom and the United States.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs or border processing, severe weather, public holidays and other disruptions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

8. Fulfilment
Hapsy works with specialist suppliers and fulfilment partners.
Some products may be stored and dispatched from fulfilment locations outside the United Kingdom or the United States.
Orders containing multiple products may therefore arrive in separate parcels or on different dates.
Regardless of the fulfilment location, your purchase is made through Hapsy, and we remain responsible for fulfilling your order in accordance with these Terms and our applicable policies.

9. Discreet Packaging
We understand that privacy is particularly important when purchasing intimate products.
Orders are shipped using discreet outer packaging designed not to reveal the nature of the products inside.
Information that carriers, customs authorities or applicable law require us to provide may still appear on shipping or customs documentation.
10. Returns, Hygiene and Refunds
Hapsy provides a 14-day return window for eligible products delivered to customers in the United Kingdom and the United States.
If you wish to return an eligible product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
Because many products sold by Hapsy are intimate or hygiene-sensitive products, additional return restrictions may apply.
Where permitted by applicable law, products sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return after the relevant hygiene seal or protective packaging has been broken or removed.
Opening the outer delivery packaging alone does not prevent an otherwise eligible return.
These restrictions do not affect applicable rights relating to products that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Hygiene-related restrictions may apply to certain sealed products once they have been unsealed, where permitted by applicable law.
